Push Your Limits:
​Become Your Best

I offer several training packages to clients who want to work with me. Below I've outlined who I envision these packages to be best suited for and have included some optional services anyone can add to their package. No matter what you pick, we'll discuss your goals and circumstances to make sure it is the best fit for you. 

Full Client

This package is for anyone who wants a full personalized workout program, accountability, personal attention, and the chance to make changes to the program with my help as you determine which exercises and equipment you do and don't like. For $450 you get:
  • Introductory assessment including goal setting, personal history to help tailor programming, and a full movement assessment to guide stretching and strengthening exercises. (Movement assessment will need to be done over video chat or through the client sending videos to me for assessment.)
  • 4 weeks of full programming (can accommodate being used in a gym or at home).
  • Weekly calls to assess progress, enjoyment of the program, and how form is progressing with key exercises.
  • Access to me for questions at any time. 
  • Because this includes an in-depth assessment at the start, clients who wish to continue with this level of support after the first 4 weeks will only have to pay $400 for each 4 week period after that.

Half Client

This package is ideal for anyone who is very self motivated but wants a truly personalized fitness program to help them reach their goals. For $275 you get:
  • Introductory assessment including goal setting, personal history to help tailor programming, and a full movement assessment to guide stretching and strengthening exercises. (Movement assessment will need to be done over video chat or through the client sending videos to me for assessment.)
  • 4 weeks of full programming (can accommodate being used in a gym or at home).
  • A check in call with me at the end of Week 2 to assess form and discuss if any adjustments need to be made to the program.

Consultation only

This package is ideal for anyone who is very comfortable planning workouts on their own but wants a full movement assessment and general guidance on how to focus stretching and strength work to create an efficient body and achieve better/safer form for movements. For $150 you get:
  • Introductory assessment including goal setting, personal history to help tailor programming, and a full movement assessment to guide stretching and strengthening exercises. (Movement assessment will need to be done over video chat or through the client sending videos to me for assessment.)
  • A personalized guide to working out that addresses the results of the movement assessment and stated fitness goals.

Nutrition Consultation

This service can be added to any of the above packages and includes an hour session to evaluate current eating patterns, determine the best caloric intake range based on goals, and suggestions for how to improve diet as well as a follow-up half hour session to discuss questions that have arisen and what additional barriers or obstacles need to be addressed. Cost is $150.

*please note: I am not a registered dietitian (I have a fitness nutrition specialization certificate) and will not create detailed meal plans for you, rather we will discuss what you are eating and how to improve your overall diet.

Daily Check-Ins

*for Full Clients ONLY
If you want to increase your accountability and have a check in with me daily while on your program, we can make that happen! I'll contact you every day via text, email, Snapchat, or Facebook messenger to see how you're doing and if you've gotten your workout in. ($100 for a 4 week period)

Coaching - price varies

If the above don't seem to be quite what you're looking but you still want to work with me, I encourage you to check out my page on coaching. This is a great fit for people who want to workout at home with DVDs or online workout videos and wants some guidance on what program to pick, have some support along the way, and someone to ask questions about form or other concerns as they pop up. 
Please note: There is a limit to how many full clients I can take on to ensure each client gets the full attention they deserve.
