Amanda K Fitness re-inspired me to make fitness and health a priority in my life. The workouts are challenging but manageable for a busy schedule. My plan focused a lot on shoulder and back strength to combat desk work, and since starting my regimen, my neck pain has dramatically decreased. Additionally, not only have I noticed an increase in muscle tone and endurance, but I am ten times more confident in myself. I am no longer afraid of venturing to the free weights section, but instead love catching a glimpse of my form in the mirror, realizing how strong I really am! - K.M.
Amanda was my fitness coach in grad school, when my grab-what's-easy diet and computer-centered lifestyle had done a number on my strength and self-image. She takes an extremely body-positive and encouraging perspective on fitness, which was as empowering as it was motivating. With her help, I got on a better track with healthy meals and found a workout that worked for my schedule and my preferences.
